MOULTON, Ala. — The Alabama Chicken and Egg Festival has hired Miranda Lorance as its new full-time executive director, effective Sept. 4, 2012. Since its inception, the Alabama Chicken and Egg Festival has been led by volunteer Vicki Morese but in recent years has experienced tremendous growth and is positioned to support a full-time executive director position.
As executive director, Lorance will work very closely with Event Chairwoman Kathy Graham and Event Coordinator Vicki Morese in the planning, organizing, implementing, administering, directing and evaluating activities for the Alabama Chicken and Egg Festival.
