GAINESVILLE, Ga. — As of July 17, the American Egg Board has revised their assessments remittance and collection guide. This comes 50 years after having the original assessment payment process called the Egg Act and Order.
According to a statement released from AEB, the new assessments remittance and collection guide “better reflects the business operations of today’s egg farmers and will help ensure assessments are captured fairly, consistently and in a timely manner.”
