SIOUX CENTER, Iowa — Centrum Valley Farms and Trillium Farms have announced the formation of Versova, a food company established to manage the combined day-to-day operations of the two egg producers, located in Iowa and Ohio.
While both farms will continue to exist independently, sharing management of critical aspects of the business will position the organizations for future strategic growth and an enhanced ability to innovate, the companies stated.
