SANTA CLARA, Calif. — For the second year, the Foster Farms Bowl is hosting the “Oh Say, Can You Sing?” contest to find talented local youth to perform the national anthem in front of thousands of college football fans at the Foster Farms Bowl on Dec. 28 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara.
The contest is open to soloists and groups aged 18 and under, residing in the San Francisco Bay Area or the Central Valley. Last year, the contest drew entries from singers as young as six years old.
