SACRAMENTO, Ca. — The Innovate Animal Ag (IAA) recently created the Poultry & Aquaculture Innovation Scholarship to support students looking to take the technology process in poultry and aquaculture to the next level.
This new scholarship will help students as they face the common technological challenges in the poultry and aquaculture industries and overcome them.
The scholarship will award up to three undergraduate students with 4,000 dollars and provide career development opportunities within the poultry and aquaculture sectors.
Applicants must be:
- A graduating high school senior or full-time undergraduate student enrolled at U.S or Canada-based institution for the 2026-27 academic year,
- Pursuing a degree in Animal Science, Agricultural or Biosystems Engineering, Agribusiness, or any related field focused on advancing animal agriculture through innovation,
- And planning to work in the poultry or aquaculture industries after graduating.
Applicants must also have a 3.0 GPA or higher and demonstrate a desire to improve the future of these industries through technology and innovation.
The submission deadline for applications and the necessary materials is December 15, 2025.
