TUCKER, Ga. — U.S. Poultry & Egg Association has announced the deadline for submission of research pre-proposals has been extended by two weeks, from Nov. 1 to Nov. 15, 2011.
The association is also announcing several additional food safety research priorities, focusing on critical information that is needed to further enhance the safety of ground poultry products.
