WASHINGTON — National Corn Growers Association President Chip Bowling, on July 20, presented the NCGA President's Award to U.S. Sen. Joe Donnelly (D-Ind.).
This award is given annually to a leader who has worked to advance issues important to corn farmers and agriculture, the NCGA added.
"Senator Donnelly is a true advocate for farmers in Indiana and throughout the country," Bowling said. "He is one of ethanol's biggest champions in Congress.
