WASHINGTON — AA Poultry Processing LLC of Ridgeland, Wis., is recalling approximately 2,191 pounds of chicken and 21 pounds of turkey products, which may have been contaminated with trichloro-s-triazinetrione, which is not approved for use in poultry processing, USDA’s Food Safety & Inspection Service has announced.
The whole and cut chicken and turkey pieces with various weights were produced on various dates from May 4, 2015, through May 11, 2015.
