CHAMPAIGN, Ill. — The Poultry Science Association Foundation announces that it received a $50,000 gift from Diamond V at the donor reception of the recent 2016 Poultry Science Association Annual Meeting.
Diamond V's gift will establish the Diamond V Endowed Scholarship for support of undergraduate Poultry Science students.
"Diamond V recognizes the increasingly urgent need for young talented scientists in the feed and food industries," said Jeff Cannon, president and CEO of Diamond V.
The Diamond V Endowed Scholarship will support a student entering their junior year and is renewable for the senior year subject to satisfactory academic progress. . .
