Poultry products produced without inspection recalled

WASHINGTON — Humphrey’s Market Inc. of Springfield, Ill., is recalling approximately 2,764 pounds of frozen, ready-to-eat (RTE) and raw poultry products because they were produced without the benefit of inspection. The products were also misbranded after being repackaged and may contain soy, wheat and milk, known allergens not declared on the label.

The RTE products being recalled are Cryovac packages of “Mesquite Chicken Breast,” 4-ounce portions; “Italian Chicken Breast,” 3.5-ounce portions;  “Grilled Chicken Breast,” 4-ounce portions; “Italian Tomato Basil Chicken Breast,” 4-ounce portions; and  “BBQ Glazed Chicken Breast,” 3.1-ounce portions. . .
