BERLIN, Md. — The two sides in a Maryland poultry pollution law suit are now battling over whether a federal judge should visit an Eastern Shore farm at the center of the dispute.
Attorneys for Berlin farm owners Alan and Kristin Hudson and Perdue Farms Inc. filed a motion for the visit. The attorneys say that will help the court weigh evidence in the case.
