LINCOLN, Neb. — The 43rd Nebraska Poultry Industries convention will be held Feb. 20-21 at the Norfolk Lodge & Suites, Divots Conference Center, in Norfolk, Neb.
Annual meetings and election of officers will be held for the following groups: National Poultry Improvement Association, Nebraska Egg Council, Nebraska Turkey Federation, Nebraska Allied Poultry Industries and Nebraska Poultry Industries.
General education program topics will discuss international marketing of poultry; avian influenza; prices, distribution and consumer impact on grain; understanding today's activist; ingredient updates for poultry nutrition; understanding the Food Modernization Act; and an update on the egg safety rule.
