Tip #1: Cardboard Box Lid for Control Pans
AUBURN, Ala. — Here we see a good solution to a common problem — keeping feed lines full and running with smaller birds.
Many growers have figured out how they can use similar modifications to the control pans on the feed lines to help keep the line full with small birds. Taking the normal round pan off of the control unit and using a feeder lid as shown allows for the control pan to be more easily activated.
