RALEIGH. N.C. — The 2014 annual convention of the Southeastern Grain & Feed Association, in cooperation with the Georgia Feed & Grain Association, will be held Feb. 20-22 at the Hyatt Regency Savannah in Savannah, Ga.
Three state commissioners of agriculture will discuss a Southeaster Perspective on Agriculture. They are Steve Troxler of North Carolina, Hugh Weathers of South Carolina and Gary Black of Georgia.
Other topics include a "Transportation Program" presented by Norfolk Southern Corp. and CSX Transportation; the "Food Safety Modernization Act and its Impact on the Grain & Feed Industry;" and a "National Perspective on Agriculture. . .
