BRANDON, Miss. — Gemstone Foods LLC has appointed William T. Andersen as president and CEO of the company.
Andersen joins the protein processor after serving as Keystone Foods’ executive vice president and president of USA Proteins, as well as holding senior leadership positions at Southeastern Mills, Gold Kist and Tyson.
Gemstone Foods is a growing protein processor and supplier for the value-added foodservice and wholesale poultry market providing custom sizing, portioning and packaging to foodservice and retail distribution channels. Gemstone Foods LLC is a JAMAS Capital Management portfolio managed company.
