KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The 2011 Food System Summit will be held Oct. 25-26 the InterContinental Rosemont Hotel in Chicago, Oct. 25-26. The theme for the summit is "Food Choices — Challenges — Realities."
Sponsors of the summit are the Center for Food Integrity, the International Food Information Council and the National Restaurant Association.
