COSTA MESA, Calif. — El Pollo Loco Holdings Inc. has announced financial results for the 13-week period ended June 28, 2023.
Highlights for the second quarter 2023, compared to the second quarter 2022 include: total revenue was $121.5 million compared to $124.1 million; system-wide comparable restaurant sales decreased 3.4 percent; income from operations was $10.9 million compared to $10.4 million; restaurant contribution was $17.6 million, or 16.9 percent of company-operated restaurant revenue, compared to $15.9 million, or 15 percent of company-operated restaurant revenue; net income was $7.1 million. . .
