GAINESVILLE, Ga. — The future can be seen from the sky, but, at the moment the view may be confined to fields. The technology of drones and the seclusion of farms make them a combatable and surprising combination.

Drones are unmanned aircraft that can travel independently or be navigated by humans through computers or even smart devices.

The technology has gained notoriety for the implications of invading privacy, especially if being used by police. On ranches and farms though, privacy is not an issue and safety issues revolving around possible crashes is. . .
