WESTFIELD, Wis. — Brakebush Bros. Inc. has acquired Trinity Valley Foods of Irving, Texas, effective Jan 1, 2013.
Dennis Jameson will continue to serve as president of Trinity Valley Foods Inc. and Carl Brakebush will serve as Ppesident/CEO of Brakebush Bros. Inc./Trinity Valley Foods.
Brakebush, established in 1925, is a value-added further processor of chicken products. The Brakebush offerings include fully cooked and ready-to-cook, breaded, unbreaded and marinated chicken products sold to the foodservice and industrial segments.
Trinity Valley Foods, established in 1990, is a further processor of raw, sized, marinated and ready-to-cook chicken. . .
