MEDINA, Ohio — Sandridge Food Corp. has acquired a majority interest in RMH Foods, a leader in fully cooked refrigerated and frozen entrees.
RMH Foods offers customers fully cooked retail, foodservice and specialized portion-control products utilizing Sous Vide, or cook-in-bag, technology.
RMH Foods provdes chicken products under the Simply Bistro, Milano's Italian Grill and Dinner Tonight brands.
