ATLANTA — The International Rendering Symposium is returning to the 2014 International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE). Sponsored by the National Renderers Association, "The Rendering Industry: Using Rendered Products for Safe, High Quality Feed" two-day symposium is $150 for registered Expo attendees.
This year's International Rendering Symposium will include a presentation by Dr. Annel Greene, Clemson University, on "Controlling Salmonella in Feed." Dr. Charles Starkey, American Proteins, will discuss "The Nuts and Bolts of the Rendering Industry."
