No immediate change seen in U.S. poultry exports to Cuba

GAINESVILLE, Ga. — U.S. Poultry exports to Cuba will probably not increase greatly in the near future despite the Obama administration's recent outreach to that nation.

Jim Sumner, president of the USA Poultry & Egg Export Council which promotes exports of U.S. poultry and eggs around the world, noted that "It's been interesting to watch the reaction to President Obama's recent visit to Cuba. He obviously wants opening Cuba to be part of his. . .
