WASHINGTON — USDA's Food Safety & Inspection Service has announced the recall of roasted chicken quarters due to misbranding, specifically an undeclared allergen, and the recall of ready-to-eat chicken chili soup that may be adulterated with Listeria monocytogenes.
Omni Custom Meats Inc. of Bowling Green, Ky., is recalling approximately 191,695 pounds of marinated Roasted Chicken Quarters. The product contains soy, a known allergen which was not declared on the product label.
