WASHINGTON — USDA’s Food Safety & Inspection Service is issuing public health alerts on product from two separate companies over concerns that the products may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
The companies are the Peter DeFries Corp. of Albuquerque, N.M., and House of Raeford of Mocksville, N.C.
Assorted deli meat products, including roast beef, ham, pastrami and turkey items, were produced by the Peter DeFries company between Dec. 14 and Dec. 29. 2016. The products were distributed to Dion's restaurant locations in Colorado, New Mexico and Texas.
