LEXINGTON, Ky. — Alltech recently announced the addition of Dyke Addis to its U.S. Poultry team as the new poultry strategic account manager.
With more than 30 years of experience in the poultry industry, he brings a tremendous depth of knowledge, valuable industry relationships and a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing customers and their businesses, Alltech said in an announcement.
“Dyke Addis is a great addition to the Alltech U.S. Poultry team,” Curtis Novak, Alltech general manager for U.S. poultry, said. “His expertise and passion for the industry will be a great asset to our team as we continue to grow and serve our customers.”
Addis graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in livestock management. After graduating, he spent 19 years working in production and genetics with Case Farms and Hy-Line, Alltech noted.
He then decided to transition to animal health and construction where he worked with Zoetis, Boehringer Ingelheim, Signify, and Fienhage over the past decade, Alltech added. He was most recently with Feinhage before earning this position with Alltech.
Addis’ lengthy career has been focused on supporting poultry producers and delivering results through strong customer partnerships, and he will be able to do more of that in his new role with Alltech, the company added.
