Ravindran receives Poultry Nutrition Award
ARLINGTON, Va. -- Dr. Velmurugu (Ravi) Ravindran, Ph.D., an international animal nutrition expert, has been recognized for his professional achievements by the Poultry Science Association. Ravindran is a professor at the Institute of Food Nutrition & Animal Health at Massey University in New Zealand, where he specializes in poultry nutrition, with emphasis on nutrient metabolism, feed enzymes, feed evaluation, amino acid availability, gut flora management and early nutrition in poultry.
The Poultry Nutrition Research Award was presented to Ravindran during the recent annual PSA meeting in St. Louis, Mo. The award is sponsored. . .
