KANSAS CITY, Kan. — Dr. Karen Christensen of Ft. Smith, Ark., was elected chairman of the board of directors of the Professional Animal Auditor Certification Organization (PAACO) at the group's recent annual meeting here. Director of technical services for O.K. Farms, Christensen was PAACO's vice chair the previous two years. She succeeds Dr. David Hermes of Washington, Ind.
Named vice chairman was Dr. Terry Mader, Concord, Neb., professor and Extension beef specialist for the University of Nebraska. Other officers are Secretary Dr. Frank Owsley, Auburn, Ala., associate professor and Extension animal scientist, Auburn University; and Treasurer Dr. Kenton. . .
