MCLEAN, Va. — The U.S. Poultry and Egg Association and the National Chicken Council will present a Food Safety Symposium at the 2011 Process Expo on "Not-Ready-To-Eat (NRTE) Poultry Products That Appear Ready-To-Eat (RTE)."
The Expo, the food industry tradeshow sponsored by the Food Processing Suppliers Association, will be held Nov. 1-4 at Chicago’s McCormick Place.
