Turkey breast product being recalled

WASHINGTON — Kuck’s Turkey Farm of St. Marys, Ohio, is recalling approximately 2,325 pounds of fully cooked skinless turkey breast products. The products contain wheat and soy, which are not declared on the label, USDA’s Food Safety & Inspection Service has announced. Wheat and soy are known allergens.

The products being recalled include Cartons containing 7- and 8-pound packages of "Amish Heritage 'Rotisserie Seasonings' Turkey Breast."

The products bear the establishment number "P-34592" inside the USDA mark of inspection on the package label, a sticker with sell-by dates from 10/09/11 to 11/28. . .
