TUCKER, Ga. — A new Introduction to Management Workshop, sponsored by U.S. Poultry & Egg Association, will be offered in January following the upcoming 2012 International Poultry Expo.
The workshop is focused on basic business skills for new managers and will provide a fundamental understanding of the financial and accounting tools available to help manage effectively, as well as the people management skills needed to succeed in today’s business environment.
