WASHINGTON — Berk Lombardo, a Brooklyn, N.Y. company, is recalling approximately 1,080 pounds of stuffed chicken products because of misbranding and undeclared ingredients, including known allergens. The products may contain any of the following combinations of undeclared ingredients: eggs, milk, monosodium glutamate (MSG) or soy, which are not noted on the label.
The products subject to recall include:
Boxes containing four, 6-ounce frozen, vacuum-sealed packages of Berk Lombardo "Chicken Breast Stuffed Broccoli & Cheese," "Chicken Breast with rib meat Cordon Bleu Breaded" and "Stuffed Chicken Breast Kiev." All bear the establishment number "P-19034" inside the USDA. . .
