ATLANTA, Ga. — Following the success of the 2011 International Poultry Expo Salmonella and Campylobacter Reduction Conference, the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association, together with the North American Meat Processors Association, the National Chicken Council, Auburn University and the University of Georgia, will present a Pre-Harvest Food Safety Conference in conjunction with the 2012 IPE.
Registration for this conference will allow participation in the two half-day sessions conducted on Jan. 25-26 of IPE Week. The $150 conference registration fee will also include admission to the IPE.
