USPOULTRY Foundation awards grant to Texas A&M

TUCKER, Ga. — Texas A&M University recently received a student recruiting grant from the USPOULTRY Foundation.

Dr. James Denton, retired director of the Center of Excellence for Poultry Science for the University of Arkansas and USPOULTRY Foundation board member, presented a check in the amount of $29,499 to Dr. John Carey, professor and head of the Poultry Science Department at Texas A&M. James Grimm, executive vice president of the Texas Poultry Federation, assisted in the presentation.
