JACKSON, Miss. — Cal-Maine Foods Inc. has announced the promotion of Kevin Lastowski and Chris Myers to vice presidents of operations.
Lastowski will have responsibility for Cal-Maine production and processing facilities located in South Florida, and Myers will be responsible for oversight of all the company's operations in North Florida. Both will report to Sherman Miller, chief operating officer of Cal-Maine Foods.
Lastowski has been with Cal-Maine Foods since 2001. He most recently served as an operations manager in the company's Dade City, Fla., operation. He graduated from North Carolina State University with a bachelor. . .
