ST. PAUL, Minn. — Moark LLC recently announced that Ric Sundal will become its chief operating officer. Sundal will replace Craig Willardson, who will retire April 1.
"Ric has a strong background for this role with more than 25 years of management experience across the food and agriculture industry, including work in the egg business," said Dan Knutson, chairman of the Moark board of managers. "He has a passion for the egg industry and is very excited to take on his new role of COO of Moark and work to build Moark's overall business."
