RALEIGH, N.C. — The Southeastern Grain & Feed Association has announced that it again will award eight $2,000 scholarships in 2013 to qualifed applicants. Employees, children and grandchildren of full-time employees of active members of the association are eligible. Eligible candidates must be enrolled as a student in an accredited college or technical school seeking a minimum level of associate degree.
