WASHINGTON — USDA's Food Safety & Inspection Service has announced a public meeting of the National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods (NACMCF) on June 4-6 in Washington, D.C.
The meeting will focus on ways to control and reduce foodborne illness produced by Norovirus infections, as well as on how to use microbiological indicators during production to identify lapses in the process and sanitary conditions.
