ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. — The American Association of Meat Processors (AAMP) has named a new executive director and a new outreach specialist.
Marty Manion, who has served as executive director of Association Independent Management and as director of information technology and board services for the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, is the new executive director of the 1,400-member AAMP, which mostly represents small-scale meat and food processors.
Manion has earned the Certified Association Executive designation. His responsibilities will include staff, budget, convention, member services, technology implementation, communications, strategic planning and overall operations.
